Do I need an account to place an order?

You don't need to be a member to place an order with Flipper, but it would be a good idea! Register a member is free, easy and quick. You will be able to enjoy benefits like save your address and card details for faster shopping and manage your account details, order history and see order status. Just click here to create your account.

How do I know my order is confirm?

You will receive an "Order Confirmation Email". For our member, you can go to our store > My account > "View order" to check on your order status.

How do I track my order?

Once an order is shipped, we’ll send you a "Shipment Notification Email" which includes a delivery tracking number and the carrier tracking page. By clicking the tracking number(s) provided, you can check the delivery status.

When will I get my items?

Below is the estimated shipping times:

• Within Peninsular: 3~5 Business days.
• Sabah & Sarawak: 5~7 Business days.

'Business days' are defined as Monday~Friday, excluding public holiday.

Can I cancel my order if it hasn’t been shipped yet?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order. We start processing your order once you placed the order.
